We ship fully tracked via EMS INDONESIA or DHL International Shipping from to worldwide destinations.
Orders are processed during normal business hours . Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours. Orders placed before 11am will usually be dispatched on the same day.
Your parcel is fully trackable and requires a signature for delivery. Therefore, we do not accept a PO BOX address as a valid address.
Please remember to fill in with the address your telephone number as we also require this in order to send your parcel so the post can easily contact you if they are having any difficulty locating your address.
Once your item has been collected for delivery, we will send you an email with your tracking number and how to track your parcel.

All International orders are posted with no insurance, so if your parcel goes missing unfortunately we are not liable for it. We will have proof that it was posted and as we use a fully tracked postage company we have not ever had a parcel go missing. Please advise if you would like to insure your parcel at additional cost and we can organize this for you.

If the tracking information states that your item has been delivered but you have not receive it, you must contact your local post office or DHL immediately , depends on your shipping method. Zenelle is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Please note Zenelle is not responsible for any import duty and customs.

Returns
Zenelle accepts returns on unworn and unused items in their original condition and with all tags attached. We offer store credit or exchange on full priced items purchased online within 7days of receipt of goods. We do not offer refunds or exchange on any sale items. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packing. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. Zenelle is not responsible for the cost of return postage.
